How to Copy Emails From Gmail to Another Account?

Having trouble archiving all of your email messages? Using Outlook can help you move your emails from one Gmail account to another. You can simply set up Outlook to sync your local messages with your Gmail account. Here’s how to make it work. After signing into your new Gmail account, navigate to the “Accounts” tab. Click on “Import” and choose your old email address.

Log into your old Gmail account and navigate to the Gear icon. Click on “See all settings,” then “IMAP.” On the General tab, select “Import from other accounts.” Select the option labeled “Import email from other accounts.” When you’re finished, press the Next button. After the process, you’ll see a new window where you can choose where to export your emails.

Once the export is complete, go back to the old Gmail account and select “Archive.” This will keep the messages in your old account’s inbox. Choosing to archive them will move them to your new account’s Archive folder. Marking them as read will leave them untouched in the original email. You can also choose to delete the imported emails from the old Gmail account, but remember to back up the originals first before you do so.

If you can’t find the email messages you want to move to a new Gmail account, you can still forward them. All you have to do is set up a new Gmail account. Afterwards, you can follow the steps to import gmail to yahoo. You can also make your new Gmail account’receive’ from your old one. If you’re successful, you’ll have the same version of all of your emails on both accounts.

Now, all you have to do is sign into the new Gmail account. Once you’ve created a new account, go to the settings page and click on the gear icon. In the Settings menu, click on the “Accounts and Import” tab. Once you’ve done this, you can now go ahead and import the emails into the new account. It’s as simple as that!

Lastly, you can also opt for an email transfer service that can do the work for you. This tool will help you move your emails from one gmail migration wizard account to another without any hassles. Once you’ve done that, you can start transferring your emails to the new mailbox. Once you’ve finished, you can then delete your old email accounts. It’s not a good idea to send a large number of emails to different email services.
